Return Policy

1-800 Optometrist will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. We will NOT accept returns on open, damaged or marked boxes. Items need to be in the exact same condition as they were received. Unacceptable returns will be subject to a fee shipping it back to the customer.

-My return meets your guideline above, how do I go about returning?

1- Call or E-mail us to acquire a Return Authorization and Return Shipping Address.
2- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it.
3- Ship them back to us in a box, NOT in any kind of envelope. 1-800 Optometrist is not responsible for items damaged along the way.

Please allow 24-48 hours from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will be the cost of the item minus any coupons used and will not include shipping charges. All refunds are subject to a 2% handling fee.

Please Note: If your Rx changed and you have closed and unmarked boxes; we will gladly exchange them for you. Please follow the returns instructions above (#1-3) and enclose the new Rx information with the return.
